While I have noticed more Christian leaders talking about ways to minister to people in the workplace, only His Church at Work is prepared to help the local church minister to their members in the workplace in a cogent way. This ministry has helped me imagine a future day when the church is not contained in buildings on Sundays, but instead, the church is training up ordinary working men and women to act as God's missionaries in the Monday-Friday work world.
Most importantly, I have personally experienced His Church At Work in my home church. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to hear for the first time from my pastor on the topic of work and to be encouraged by Biblical scripture that my work truly matters to God. I think this church movement is fueled by the Holy Spirit and will have a tremendous positive impact on our nation and the world. This will help people like me return to the Christian principles of our founding fathers and implement Christ-like choices and impact in our workplaces.

His Church at Work gets it! For all of our good intensions through para-church ministries, we forget that the Church is the vehicle that Christ chose to be the "general contractor" for kingdom building. Everyone is talking about workplace ministry, but few seem to recognize that the Church is the established and dominant "channel of distribution" for God's truth. The Church simply needs to wake up to the tremendous opportunity it has by focusing and equipping its people for a new era of relevance. His Church at Work is the catalyst with proven results in serving churches for years in this area of workplace ministry.
There is no other workplace ministry today that understands how to effectively integrate a work life focus into the DNA of a local church than His Church at Work. Doug Spada and his team have brought a delicate balance to implementing effective processes, integrating professional communication tools and graphics, and combining it with a sensitivity to the needs of each individual church. This combination results in a large percentage of the local congregation being equipped and engaged to see their work lives as a calling and a ministry. The net affect for every church is increased ministry which positively impacts every other ministry activity in the local church.

In my own life I have seen a critical need for the type of training, encouragement and holistic support that HCAW provides to churches. I have found the personal touch that goes along with the high-tech discipleship, discussions, resources, and customized portal allow the Holy Spirit to shine through. It has made a significant difference in my understanding of God's will for my life and work.
